Home Care Office Manager
National Non-Medical Homecare Company is looking for a dynamic manager to join our team! This is a ground floor position to jump in a work closely with the owner.
This position will epitomize the jack of all trades and the individual that is right for this role will be responsible for the following.
Managing a Local Westchester satellite non-medical home care office
Staffing and scheduling cases
Assisting with answering phones and providing other office backup as required
Maintaining client and caregiver files
Interviewing and hiring caregivers
Conducting applicant interviewing and performing reference and background checks
Ensuring that employee credentials such as CPR, First Aid, TB tests, driving records and NYS certifications are collected on hire and kept current
The position requires experience and a strong background in the long term care industry. Preference will be given to applicants with staffing and scheduling experience and those experienced in the use of scheduling software. We will only consider candidates with experience in this position and are close and local to the area. If you have not had experience in this area, please do not respond. This is a full time opportunity with a shared on call schedule. Our office is located in Mamaroneck, NY and Stamford, CT.
