ONE ENDO is hiring a receptionist for our busy communications center.
Some dental experience/knowledge would be preferred but we are willing to train the right motivated person.
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Provide general administrative and clerical support - File and retrieve documents as necessary Qualifications - Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines - Strong computer literacy - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Note:
