We are seeking a mature, friendly and professional Greeter to join our team.
As a Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring they have a positive experience.
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- You must be clean in appearance, well groomed and well dressed at all times - Greet visitors and clients with a friendly and welcoming demeanor - Provide information and directions to guests - Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Assist with data entry and maintaining records - Coordinate projects and assist with office management tasks - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents - Assist with event planning and coordination
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred - Proficient in data entry and computer skills - Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has strong organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
